Howard Mandell has been an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant in private practice since 1988. He is a member of the New York State, New York County and New York City Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice in New Jersey. He graduated from Bernard Baruch College (CUNY) with a BBA in Accounting in 1975 and an MBA in Taxation in 1980. He graduated from Fordham Law School in 1987.
